Was this pattern easy to fallow: Yes. It is packed with detailed instructions and photos the guide you through every step, but not too much to overwhelm you.

This is one of those pics that I just can’t decide: black & white or color?! Leave a comment and let me know what you think. I love opinions.

What did I like/dislike about the pattern:
I love that the pant/crotch cut out is different for the front and back. We are, after all, shaped differently in the front and back!

Fabric used: I used a woven cotton for the top. You can’t see it in most of the pics but it has a tiny mauve dot, I love it! For the bottom I used a dark purplish linen. The outcome is awesome sauce!

I had a little trouble getting the dots to show up in the pics. This birdie chair is her favorite place to for photo shoots so I must include it in all reviews!

From the looks of it you can use any fabric that’s not too heavy. During testing others used flannel and satin.

Pattern alterations/design changes: None.

I recommend you give this pattern a try. At this point, if your like us, you have made plenty of summer clothing for your little girl and this would be a good time to start sewing transition to fall clothing.
